Adult Classes at the Pima Public Library are for age 18+ and are a great way to get out and socialize, maybe learn something new and have fun!
Stretching - Beginning Yoga - Meditation

Take an hour out of your week to focus on stretching, beginning Yoga and meditation. For ages 18-118, this is a wonderful opportunity to do more for your mind and body. Yoga and meditation not only leave you feeling rested and energized, they are proven to reduce stress, prevent illness and protect from injury. Bring your yoga mat & wear comfy clothes you can move in.
Personal Development Classes

Cuisine - An opportunity to learn new food prep techniques and recipes as we prepare a meal together and, of course, enjoy it!
Create - We’ll do home décor crafts, painting with Acrylics and many different media. Come create with us!
Confections - Bring your sweet tooth and your creativity as we learn different techniques to decorate cupcakes, cookies and cakes!
Book Club - Come by the library at the beginning of the month to pick up a copy of the Book of the Month. Read it throughout the month, meet for Book Club the last Thursday of the month to discuss and share in our potluck!
